Type of Dentures
Partial Dentures
Partial dentures are removable dental prostheses that replace one or multiple teeth. They are designed to fill in the gaps of the missing teeth and prevent the rest of your teeth from shifting as well as protecting your bone.
Snap-on Dentures
Snap-on dentures are implant-supported full-mouth appliances. They are more durable, natural-looking, and aesthetically pleasing than traditional dentures. They also preserve jaw bones as they are implant-supported.
Implant-Supported Dentures
They are also known as fixed dentures. They are full-arch dentures that are placed on top of implants. They are attached to your jaw and cannot be removed.

Porcelain Dentures

Ceramic Dentures

Cosmetic vs Regular Dentures
Cosmetic dentures require personalized plans whereas regular dentures are made only for supporting the bone.

How Are Dentures Produced in the Lab?
With CEDEC technology, we take your impressions and send them to our private lab. First, the lab creates a plaster model of the impression. Then, the model is placed in a mechanism called an articulator. This mechanic looks like a jaw. The plaster model is attached to the articulator with wax.
At this point, first, the gums are carved. This will be the base of your dentures. With boiling, the lab technician will remove the wax and inject the acrylic material. Your dentures will be cleaned of plaster with special tools.
The teeth lines will be trimmed to achieve an aesthetic look. However, the most important point here is to color the gum part. A correct color will give you a natural look. The technician will artistically paint this part with care. And your dentures are ready!

Regular cleaning and maintenance of dentures are important for oral hygiene and longevity of dentures. The more you take care of dentures well, the longer it will have a lifespan. Firstly, you should brush your dentures with a soft-bristled brush and non-abrasive denture cleaner to remove food particles and plaque. Secondly, if you have snap-on dentures, you should soak them overnight in water. Also, you should handle your dentures carefully to avoid damage and rinse them after eating to remove loose food particles.
Which type of denture is best for you?
It depends on your needs but implant-supported dentures are highly recommended by our experts. Implant-supported dentures are way more durable and natural-looking. This makes it aesthetically better. It also has a very easy and comfortable usage, it will make you feel like natural teeth.
Is Turkey safe for dentures?
You can eat it after 30 to 60 minutes. When a temporary crown is placed, you should avoid eating sticky, hard, or chewy food.. If a permanent crown is placed, you should avoid eating hard or sticky foods for the first 24 hours.

Your stay in Turkey for dentures depends on the type of denture you need and your dental situation. The process can last from a week to several months. The process usually gets longer if you need extractions or other invasive dental treatments.
If you are looking for immediate dentures and do not need extractions, it may just take 3-5 days. However, it may take a few weeks if you need extractions because the surgical area needs to heal before final placement.
For dental implant dentures, you must visit Turkey twice. On the first visit, your dentist will extract teeth and take necessary impressions for implants and dentures. On your second visit after 4-6 months, once your wounds heal, the dentist places your dentures. They can either be snap-on or fully fixed dental implant dentures. I’ve given 5 * sadly 10 + is not available. Quick background. I had implants done in the UK about 6 years ago. What a disaster, the implants were fine. The prosthetic was not. Ever! No matter how many times I went back and forward.
I was going to Istanbul not teeth related.
Thought let’s go for it!
The prosthetic I had was so bad, eating in company was embarrassing, in fact anything related was embarrassing.
I was considering more procedures, but my body does not agree.
I didntbuse the hotel, I didn’t get collected from the airport.
I was collected and returned door to door, from my hotel to the clinic..
